If you are under 18 years old, we require a parent or legal guardian to fill out and sign an ear piercing release and authorization form. A copy of the parents or legal guardians driver’s license will be required.

Yes, it is safe. Infants must be 6 months old and able to hold their head up. We recommend giving your child some pain reliever before coming in for your appointment. This will aide with any discomfort after the piercing.

We DO NOT pierce both ears at a time. This method is not recommended due to any sudden movement that may cause misplacement of the piercing. If there is resistance from the child to perform the second piercing we will not perform it. Our main policy is to have a positive experience and not traumatize the child. You will be able to take your second earring home and come back at a different time once the child has calmed down and is ready.

No. Our piercing instrument is designed to pierce the earlobe and the outer cartilage of the ear. We recommend contacting a dedicated body piercing location for other types of piercings.

The average healing time is 6 weeks for an earlobe piercing and 12 weeks for a cartilage piercing. We recommend leaving your piercing earrings in and following your aftercare instructions for the entire healing period.

We provide you with Inverness Aftercare Solution that is specially formulated to soothe and cleanse your newly-pierced ears without the drying or chapping that can come from using rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.

Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching your ears or piercing earrings. Cleanse the front and the back of the earring site 2-3x daily with the provided Inverness Aftercare Solution. Rotate the earrings completely in the same direction every time during cleansing to prevent the posts from adhering to the ear.

Yes you can. Our earrings are sold in pairs, but you can bring a friend and split the earrings or you may take the cartridge with the earring home.
